1 Profile Automation
The IDW accesses OneDrive to retrieve the sponsored-individual ID list, logs into Salesforce Global using two-step authentication, extracts profiles, removes duplicates, renames files, logs successful and missing records in the database, uploads the final files to Odoo, the local CRM, and shares a daily completion report with staff.
2 Annual Progress Report (APR) Processing
The IDW logs in with two-step authentication, fetches unprocessed IDs from the tracker, downloads each Annual Progress Report, renames and organizes it, applies basic formatting, and hands off to staff for final editing before uploading everything to Odoo and archiving the processed files.
3 Letters and Drawings Delivery
The IDW fetches the sponsor correspondence, letters and documents from Salesforce Global, guided by the ID list in OneDrive, and uploads them into Odoo.
